There it is. That's the list.
I have more inactive plug-ins than I do active ones. Frankly, after years of being lulled into 'just one more' because $29.99 was too low to pass up has left me with tons of arguably good software cooling its heels on the inactive roster.
"Now, B, don't go buying more plug-ins when you don't use the ones you have!" Thanks, mom.

Good! I only bought the MDWDRC2. Everything else seemed redundant or like I would never use it.

Same here! First year I can ever remember not buying a single music related thing on Black Friday but it actually feels pretty good 👍🏼

Unfortunately I fell victim to the sales and bought a handful.

I used to go a little nutty on BF, so many sales on so much amazing DSP that was finally going to get me That Sound.
It’s nice to grow up!
I still think it’s fun to browse the sales and try some demos, but the bar for me to pull the trigger is hiiiiiggghhhh these days. When I do buy, it’s almost always for something I’ve thought about for like a year or two. The Softube Juno was that. I will use it a bunch, it already survived the initial release hype arc and the impulse buy urge and has settled comfortably back down into the “hey that’s a a useful tool that will be fun and inspiring to use” role where it belongs. I’m going to demo LS Cinematic Rooms today. I kinda doubt I’ll buy it, but I’m a huge fan of LS, sonically and otherwise, so if it proves to be different and useful, I’ll gladly buy it.
The reality is that I already have so, so many awesome, incredible ways to process audio and the shopping/deal-chasing is just entertainment. Mostly harmless, but also kind of a distraction from actually enjoying making music.
