Does anybody here have both? Which one is more versatile? I'm trying to decide between them for (stereo) music.

Interested to know what’s the darling of the Liquid Sonics lineup as well. I have Seventh Heaven Pro. I keep hearing Cinematic Rooms is where it’s at.

I own all of the Liquidsonics / Reverb Foundry plugins. Yes, I may have a problem. If I had to pick only 2 to own it would be Cinematic Rooms Professional and Tai Chi. They would cover most of my needs and wants for reverb. Probably could say this about Reverberate 3 and at $49 just buy it. When I don’t use my Bricasti (which is a rare occurrence) I always reach for Cinematic Rooms, I find it that good (subjective of course) and it is currently and has been my favorite reverb plug-in. Tai Chi is special however, the chorusing / modulation is excellent, overall the plug-in can do a lot. The way Matt handles his loyalty discounts on top of the sale prices is quite generous. The bundles are the way to go once you own a couple of his plugins. Saying this, if those are the 2 you’re interested in buy both and pick up Reverberate 3 too. Work out how the loyalty discounts are most favorable (usually buying least to most expensive in that order).

I just got a edu discount to add as well, so I may be able to swing a bit more. Would you recommend Cinematic Rooms Pro, Tai Chi and Reverberate 3? Any overlap between them?

If you are willing to go for 3 plugins run the math. What is the loyalty discount if you own 1, 2, 3 plugins plus your edu discount?
I believe there is an explanation somewhere on the website.
You may find that the entire Ultra bundle or another bundle is the best deal after you own 1 or more.
I don’t find overlap between Cinematic Rooms and Tai Chi. Reverberate loads IR’s and the ones included are very good.
