Proaudiostar has what looks like the Beyerdynamic M88 v1 for $299 (new V2 is over $400). I am so tempted but I've still got a lot of other mics... Every once in awhile they have them for $250... They have a Reverb store too and sometimes prices vary there. |

The sale is on the M88 TG (which is essentially the V1) and everyone is now selling the V2 (and $499 is the new price yikes), so this is most likely closing out old stock. |

JZ mics (of course they are almost always on sale). usashop.jzmic.com/I have one of the BB29 and while it is bright, it's still pretty smooth on top. I use it quite a bit for background/harmony vocals (for something different than the lead vocal mic). Got mine cheaper than this (but used), but not a bad deal for these. Wouldn't mind trying the Amethyst too. |

we've got a fair few B-stock mics i'm trying to get off the shelf in the warehouse. 20% off cosmetic blemish stock until August 31. We've got more parts coming in and I'd like to clear these out as there's been about a year of B-stock buildup I've been ignoring.
