Hi, I have live recorded tracks - won't be any overdubs. This time, for some reason, the tracks have clicks. It seems when the board had low input, clicks appeared but when pushed, it was fine.
In this instance, the lead vocal and music is soft so clicks are appearing. What would you do to try and repair?

IzotopeRX--offline. Won't be harmful for a vocal. Bass and drums and guitars, you'll need to be more careful with how many you remove. It's REALLY easy to neuter them unintentionally with a click repair type thing--people do it all the time doing vinyl recordings...the difference in a high hat, guitar pick, and a click? Timing.

+1 for Izotope RX. I’d try de-click (duh) first! Should help a lot. Play with the single/multiband settings to see what works best

What in the Hill Billy Magic Mushroom is going on here? Installed RX10 Standard. Expected a standalone experience - still opened DAW and track, saw the plugin folder and all the modules are available for use as separate plugins. I threw DeClick on, didn't touch a thing, hit playback for giggles and - done? Really? I must be not hearing things (inverse of imaginary noises).
Can't believe I never had this before now.
