Pro tools still isn’t native. Plenty of stuff works via Rosetta but isn’t specifically native.

Yeah that has always been the problem with Apple chip migrations, it works with the proverbial band aid so people think it’s ported over. Don’t worry we will get there, but 2 weeks later Apple will probably find a new chip to migrate to.

Yeah that has always been the problem with Apple chip migrations, it works with the proverbial band aid so people think it’s ported over. Don’t worry we will get there, but 2 weeks later Apple will probably find a new chip to migrate to. FYI, in the entire history of the Mac, a complete architecture change like this has only happened twice, once in 2006, and once in 2020. Now that they're using ARM chips, there will not be another change like this for many years I suspect.
