Looking to maybe get a couple of single speaker, closed back guitar cabinets to compliment my combo amps for a little different sound. My amps are:
Princeton Reverb Ltd Addition w/ 12” celestion alnico Marshall Studio vintage w/ 10” whatever it came with Fender Vibro Champ reissue w/ 10” whatever it came with Original St. Louis Music Crate Vintage Club 20 w/ 12” whatever it came with
Ya’ll have any recommendations or does it even matter?

I think any closed back cab will be different enough to compliment what you already have. I’ve been debating getting an Orange 1x12. (They have a closed back and open back version). For comparison Orange cabs tend to be a little more bass heavy and a hair darker than say a Marshall cab IME.

A closed back cab with a Celestion Greenback or variant would probably work with those amps, while providing something different. Especially with the Marshall.
I have a 2x12 cab which had a 12” Celestion V-Type (I think the Marshall has the 10” version) and a Greenback. The Greenback was closer to the sound I wanted with a Plexi-type amp.
If that Princeton Reverb has a Celestion Alnico Blue, that speaker will probably sound great with all your amps. You could use that amp as a cab only and mix and match with your other amps, with impedance and wattage taken into account.

I like closed back 2x12s built in the classic Fender style. Lots of great speaker options these days, I think I have 15+ year old Webers in mine. Fired it up the other day and sounded great with my modded 68 bandmaster reverb. Like, I forgot how good.

2x12 with greenback and V30. Possibly a creamback instead of the greenback for a little smoother tone.

Mather amps will build you a closed back 1x12 Princeton sized cab for a reasonable price. I love my Tremolux 2x10 with 2 Weber Alnico 10A125's. Also love my Dr. Z 1x12 with a Celestion in it. I also bought a speaker cable to use my Princeton as an external cab with my Princeton Reverb. Worth thinking about...
Something closed would be a nice addition for you, and a 1x12, 2x10 or 2x12 wouldn't be huge but a different sound.

Looking to maybe get a couple of single speaker, closed back guitar cabinets to compliment my combo amps for a little different sound. My amps are: ~~~ Ya’ll have any recommendations or does it even matter? Does it matter? Kinda yes. Kinda no. I've been through a zillion speakers & cabs. They all change the flavor but not the basic taste & character of an amp but it really depends on the speaker. Some combinations have been mind numblingly better... most? Just kinda different. Not unlike mic preamps. At one point I took my old blonde Pro Jr and ran it through every cab I could get my hands on... Celestion blues, greens & V30's... open back 2x12 closed back 2x12... single 12 boxes.. a 1970 basketweave slant 4x12... all sorts of guitars, all sorts of pedals? And in the end? I kinda liked the stock eminence best? Go figure. Most of the 1x12 cabs out there are fitted with higher wattage speakers, like an 80 watt Celestion so when someone plugs their 50 watt Boogie in and hits the octave dividers it won't blow up. With lower wattage amps like a Priceton? They may be a little too stiff & clean for you... or if your like me & dig fuzz pedals & octave dividers? You might dig how they retain headroom and don't collapse. Speaker cabs for varied tones though? I dunno. Never hurts to have an extra cabinet around but if I wanted to mix things up & add sounds to the toolbox? I'd probably buy some new pedals... maybe another guitar. Something more tangible.

I talked to the guys at Weber speakers and naturally being a speaker manufacturer, they had a recommendation based on my amp list for a good all rounder of theirs. I like the company and they don’t hard sell or anything so I may roll the dice and have them load one of their cabs up and send it to me.

That's cool. Weber makes solid gear.
Two places where I feel like a dedicated cab pulls weight over a combo's built in? One is isolation. Especially in a home studio situation I'll often run 50 foot speaker & XLR cables way down a hall or into the basement so we can get out of the blast zone & save our ears... actually hear what we're doing.
Second is a little more practical... physical isolation of tubes from vibration. Some amps are more sensitive then others but plenty of times there's microphonics & tube rattle that show up under mic. Running a combo amp into a different cabinet breaks that loop and can often clean things up a little bit more. My old AC30 was terrible about that... pulling the chassis & using it as a head cured a lot of issues.

Some closed back cabs can seem woofy with some open back fender combos. But other then that variety is the spice of life

TRM makes unfinished cabs that convert from open to closed. I have a 2x10, 2x12and 1x12. They are excellent. Finishing them by yourself saves money but takes time. Sound wise, they are very flexible. www.trmguitarcabs.com/

Hard to go wrong with a Greenback and a V30. They always help put the guitar right where it should be in a mix.

I use an EVH 5150 iii 1x12 and absolutely adore it. Now granted, I am going for a pretty 'meatball' tone - depending on the ask it's either got a Peavey VK, a Mesa Boogie Dual Rec, or a VHT Pittbull plugged into it. But I've also heard it in use on considerably less metallic affairs and it's a very sweet, musical cabinet. Barring the cheap-o MDF stuff, most everything out there is some variation of multi-ply birch and a Celestion or Jensen. But I really like what this does, especially for the price.

I'm only using 4x12s, but if you're after smooth speakers, you should check out the newer Fanes. I have a 4x12 with m65 and h75 and it's much rounder and darker than my v30, G12T-75, GT85, etc cabs
