curious actually, will it be phased out? Or still made and sold? I’m reserving the right to make mk1’s available at any point in the future. You just never know what might happen. But right now we are making mk2. I’m quite amazed at the prices people are getting for mk1’s. Maybe I need to raise the price of mk2 by $500…. Brad Very cool! Was just curious if mine is now a collectors item or still in production. Im sure as hell not selling mine. Besides, having both will be way better haha Is kind of nuts what people are asking for and getting. One sold for 2,499 it says on reverb. And please wait to increase price until I've been able to grab one Thanks hahaha

What was I seeing on the news about inflation? Just kidding of course! I wouldn’t do that to you guys. I’d only raise it $300. Brad

I was like “yeah right!”. I’m actually starting to believe him now. Crazy times we are living in. Brad

Yeah, the original Silver Bullet will worth thousands in a few years. Especially the Void Corp edition.

Yeah, the original Silver Bullet will worth thousands in a few years. Especially the Void Corp edition. Well the original one has more old school warmth. Less clinical but somehow more precise. Great for overheads or where you need something a bit magical. Naturally.

There is just something special about the original Silver Bullet. The pre-Covid era ones. And the Void Corp edition has that really dark tone that the silver face ones just don't have. If you can get your hands on it. Sounds great with SDCs to really tame those transients. The silver face ones are, of course, a little brighter and more reflective.

If I think my pre-Covid Void Corp SB with original San Jose Bradatronix Rogue 6's and Carnhills will fetch a pretty penny then that bare metal prototype drBill has will surely get Apple-1 prices at auction...

The silver face ones are, of course, a little brighter and more reflective. Different transformers in the Void Corp Edition right? Kinda, but no. All but the very first (25-ish or so) Void Corps are identical sans faceplate color to the silver faces. Those first limited run (25-ish) void corps had rogue 6 opamps in the A section, and Carnhills in the N section - so it's pretty easy to take a glance and tell. Other than that all VCSB's are identical to the Silvers. After that run, they were all identical. But hey, that's enough internet legend speculation to start a "thang". Void Corps will fetch more, and vintage Silver Faces will be in demand as well. But my money is now on mk2. Maybe I can sell the proto-proto at auction, and cash in enough to buy a wheelbarrow full of mk2's!!! The prototype-proto definitely has a "thang" going on.....

The Pandemic era SB's obviously excel... Dealing with masking frequencies.
Especially on cover tunes. Chris P.S. I still wonder about a special "808" feature, for the "kids" out there bangin' out Beats.

I bet Mk3 will be out in 3 years time, will have A, B and C mojo blocks ( ) that you can fit any forthcoming mojo block units (from LTL and others). At that point Mk1 and Mk2 will fetch upwards of 3.5K!

In the interest of full transparency, we hope to start shipping orders taken on or after 9/3/21 starting in January. December is usually a bust for getting much done due to the holidays and family travel. Cheers, Brad

Guys,
Anyone have any suggestions or preferences for which companies you'd like to see make Mojo Modules for the third MOJO C slot? What kind of things would appeal to everyone?
thanks, Brad

Guys, Anyone have any suggestions or preferences for which companies you'd like to see make Mojo Modules for the third MOJO C slot? What kind of things would appeal to everyone? thanks, Brad I'd like go know first is are there limits to what a Mojo amp could be? As in, does it have to be a saturation based ciruit like what you have now or could it be something else like a compressor? Things that I think would be fun: -Tube Mojo, lots of ways to do that but be great to see what you would come up with assuming the ability to use a full size tube(vs the pentotube colour) and a transformer end as well. The Whitestone P331 is something I find lusting over. Be cool to see something like that maybe? -SSL VCA compressor if possible? Something that has the sound but obviously be limited controls. But I think it would be possible to make something that covers most the bases and had maybe a couple jumpers for some options for folks. This in the C slot would be handy given the blend function. -Opto Comp? Something LAish? Or maybe even a clean opto style comp would be powerful with the blend fuction like the Buzz Audio SOC. (thinking about this, it would have actually been insane if the built in Insert point had a built in Wet/Dry function, although I know thats not super easy to implement). -Are you happy with the Hitmaker? Or could you expand on that unit to a "better" more "fully featured" SSL sound? (I haven't tried the hitmaker yet) -J37 tap emulator? Or any other cool tape machine maybe? -I think Matt at IAA could come up with something cool that coule be Quad 8 or Helios ish perhaps.
