I second JohnKenn’s endorsement. Preston White (PTW) recently serviced my RMS 269. He did excellent work at a reasonable price and is a terrific guy as well. You have to be patient; don’t expect fast turnaround. But he’s a good communicator and the results are worth the wait, IMO.
