4 parts bourbon (ryes make an interesting substitute) 1 part lime juice (fresh squeezed, duh) 1 part allspice dram (St Elizabeth works but I prefer Cotton & Reed) 1 part simple syrup Angostura bitters to taste (I usually do 3oz bourbon and 4 dashes of bitters)
Very tasty.
