What's a good DIY project for a Neumann K103 capsule?

I got a 2nd hand Neumann K103 capsule very cheaply, and want to do something nice with it. It is the capsule found in the Neumann TLM 103.
Earlier, I have built a pair of D67 (U67 clones), and had fun doing that (and I also therefore alrady have a pair of very decent LDCs). What I might like to build, is for instance something that could be used for outside kick drum.
I'm good at following instructions, assembling kits etc, but I am no electronics engineer, and I don't have much test equiment outside voltmeter and using my mac as a tone generator and simple analyser.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitable kit?
I was looking at the D-47FET from Vintage Microphone PCB Kit, but that seems to be for a different two-sided capsule, and not the single sided K103. Would that be something one could work around?
