I could take pictures of what I did I suppose, but I can explain it here.
1"x4" boards for the edges. I routed a 2" hole down the length of each board to open up the sides/top/bottom for more absorption. I then fashioned these into the top/bottom/sides and stretched my burlap/speaker cloth around the front/sides/top and bottom. I filled the cavity with rockwool and then sealed the back with more burlap or speaker cloth.
Along the bottom rear edge I screwed in an eyescrew with a diameter just larger than a mic stand pipe, then along the top I did the same only the diameter was just barely larger than the pipe so that it could rest on the nut that is threaded on the mic stand to lock mic clips in place.
Now I have gobos attached to mic stands that can be raised or lowered and moved around with ease.

sounds good svart!
after all that work, I cant believe that guy skimped on the center of those super chunks by NOT putting insulation in? the second thing i would do, is mount your panels with mini bungies, also the ceiling panels, they decouple the panels from the walls/ceilings and encourage more dissipation of energy.

If one hasn't ever worked with wood (or as a friendly reminder) dont forget to pre drill the frame before screwing it together. I've used a variety of methods. For wall mounting you can use pine (it's light!)and frame anchors. I suggest two hooks on the top and at least one at the bottom. For ceilings use four hooks but you can use wire coat hanger to determine how far from the ceiling they hang (I did about three inches). Like all Diy measure twice cut once. In my case though its measure 3 times. Also putting the framing (if cut well) on the outside can look nice. Especially if you paint or stain the wood or use nice wood.
