I live with someone with clinical depression, so we do three dry months a year here . . . February, July and November. Daily drinking can lead to belly weight, liver disease, circulatory issues and belly weight gain...and eventually, alcoholism. It's good to keep it in moderation.
Dry days are often, of course!
