A lot people this summer think irate behavior will make things go their way. Yeah, you know they say you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. On more than one occasion I emailed the Slate team asking to extend a sale promo that I missed or give me upgrade pricing from a legacy product, and they were always more than happy to oblige. |

Every interaction I’ve had with Steven or his company has been positive. I don’t mind his PT Barnum shtick.
