That I saw as a YouTube ad. I knew I’d forget the name, but it looked killer. It had sliders for different fx. It’s not vocal synth or ovox. Some one word name I hadn’t heard and it’s brand new. Any ideas?

No - but I saw that one...it's something I'd never heard of. The gui had sliders that you could automate like filter stutter reverse etc. Looked really cool. Can't believe I didn't write it down. Of course, NOW somebody wants me to do some of that shit.

haha! Report back when google hits you with it again. I had to do a bunch of EDM stuff, and OVOX worked pretty good, but I'd love another tool in the toolbox.

Was it Hooked by Arcade (or however they're trying to brand it)? I bet that's it. But its by Output. Arcade is just the VI which I think they are treating similar to Kontact 5. That and I'm not sure it's an effect, it's an instrument so comes with the vocal stuff. |

You're not doing trap music now are you, haha. Sometimes a simple pitch / formant shift can make a voice real alien sounding. Think the Sound Toys Alter Boy was designed for this, but I usually do it other ways.
