DA10...What are the differences in that one and the DA11?

Just wondering what the impression where... Your mixes aren't having trouble translating from what I can tell. Why fix what isn't broken?

I think my mixes could be better. But I appreciate it!

But, I forgot...according to another thread, all DA converters sound exactly the same...

Yeah...you should probably get the Behringer ADA8200 and be done with it!

I had a Lavry Blue DA for several years and thought it sounded fantastic. I had previously used a Benchmark DAC1 and while it was no slouch, the Lavry sounded a touch cleaner and a bit deeper for lack of a better description. I recall the first time I heard the Benchmark and started noticing details in familiar songs and an increase in dimension. The Lavry seemed to be an minor improvement. For the sake of full disclosure, I don't own either product anymore. My needs, goals, and setup changed so I opted for something more reasonable.

I had a Lavry DA10 and found it to be a perfectly reliable DA. The folks at Lavry also really took care of me w/ replacing my unit with a new one when they were a bit tied up w/ trade shows at the time to do a minor fix. Surely a kind gesture in that I bought it used. The only real reason I replaced it (w/ a dangerous source) is I need the additional routing options.

I used to have the Benchmark DAC1 as well, I'm using the Lavry Black DA10 now. To me, the Lavry was more revealing than the DAC1.

I've had the black and blue for a few years and prefer black, both DA and AD. To me more depth, warmth and a little more detailed. The blues are kinda clinical in comparison IMO.
