I can't remember the last thing I bought recording gear wise. Thinking of selling everything off, getting the Antelope Zen, maybe a smaller set of monitors and a laptop. Backpack it everywhere. Tired of making albums in the same space.

Okay I'll come out of the closet, my latest purchase was a CAD GLX-2200, it doesn't sound too bad actually.

That's a cool looking heat sink. Hell yes, it better looks cool. If you buy the successor new, you get a freaking car for it's price. Quite some warmth involved in Class A modus....

not the symphony or speakers, tho. I've had them for about a year now :-) Is this a magma chassis or something similar to host the UAD? Personally, I am suffering severely from GAS like never before. Got a nice bonus from my employer, decided to spend every penny of it - and I am pretty much on track to get there buying 500 stuff . So far: Purple Sweet Ten, 2x Missing links, 1x Chop Shop, Elysia Xpressor / Xfilter, Heritage 73jr, Cranesong Falcon. 2x Colour from Peterson should ship in April. Also building a pair helluva speakers with Scan Speak / ATC drivers which are blowing my K+H O300 out of the water. Acoustic treatment of my room also almost done (a TON of DIY work during the last 10 month or so). Probably posting some pictures before making some music in April .

that chassis is the Echo Express SE II for $500 from sweetwater. unplug the fan, the card barely generates any heat.

I picked up my Sonuus Wahoo yesterday, wow! Awesomely flexible unit, all analog signal path, all digitally controlled, programmable with 100 presets plus 100 user presets, non-clicking true bypass, pot-less pedal, solidly built, I'm impressed! It's programmable on the unit itself or via a PC/Mac using a USB connection. I wanted a good wah, but this is so much more. I had ordered a Fulltone Clyde Deluxe, a Dunlop MC404 CAE Crybaby, and the Wahoo. The Fulltone and the Dunlop would have been fine if I just wanted a wah. But after comparison to the Wahoo, the Fulltone and the Dunlop just sounded so ordinary. For what it does the size is tiny, I was pleasantly surprised, I was expecting something a lot bigger. I've still got my original '79 Morley Power Wah Fuzz which is still great, but I don't think I'll be using it much anymore.

Anton, I absolutely love it. And Long & McQuade has it at a great price, they haven't adjusted for the declining Canadian dollar yet. Take a look at some of the promotional videos at the Wahoo product pageI've got it running straight into my Kemper Rack. So far I've tried the Wahoo into a clean Fender profile, and it sounds great to me, especially with the Wahoo's built-in drive turned up.
