Another awful joke but Peverly collapsed on the bench the same night that Vancouver blew a three goal lead by giving up seven goals in a period.
Nucks on bench "You guys see Peverly? LET'S DO THAT TOO!"

Seven goals in one period? That has to be a record! If Tort lasts the season I'll be in awe. Vancouver has slipped so bad. Don't know if you've been following but here's a brief timeline. Jan - Team loses lots of games, burrows (4.5m a year) still goalless on the season. Feb - Loses more games, burrows still goalless March - Luongo traded for what appears to be absolutely nothing, loses next game against Dallas 6-1, following game against Calgary the first goal is from center ice by a 3rd liner to make it 1-0 Calgary, they eventually win. They get hammered the next game, squeak past winnipeg (burrows finally scores). |
