Anyone using these? How do they compare to CAPI/API? Any issues?
The fact that they're in the $200/channel ballpark is pretty appealing.

I had one and liked it. Just didn’t need that many channels of preamp so I sold it. Was a nice, well-built unit.

I’m a fan of these preamps, my studio partner has this box and I think it’s a great option. The output trim is a nice option, you can really get some hair on drum tracks that way.
We have had no issues with it in the year it’s been here.
I’ve used CAPI pres, the old BAE 312s that we’re made from API parts, API 512Cs, and an old API 3124, which was in my rack for years. They’re all great, but the Warm and the CAPI get the most tonal variety as you can drive them hard without clipping your AD.
As has often been discussed, the APIs (and the BAEs I had) would easily clip AD on drums with the input all the way down, leaving you to decide where to pad the signal. Line level pads on the way out allowed me to get much thicker sounds out of the 3124. The variable output pad on the Warm is like a more flexible version of the same thing.
