... and see this new sub forum haha! Getting a delivery in a couple days of a big pile of lumber, tiles, and thinset.140 pieces of sheetrock and green glue already here. Lumber is for new ceiling joists that will be run between existing floor joists and resting on new walls. Will post some updates and pics.Nice idea for new sub forum.Need abeer after the workout of picking through hundreds of pieces of lumber and walking 6 miles.

Thanks for asking guys Ill put together some pics over the weekend.Delivery went well..The stuff came on a flatbed with an articulating forklift that can put everything on the sidewalk and the driver was a true artist... wish I had video of this guy it was impressive.I had a tip in hand but ran into the house to get more! It was a good week to get the delivery as a lot of people are out of town so not a big fight to get a empty parking spot out front(Im in brooklyn so street parking) Mike
