So I just picked up RX Standard during the iZotope sale. As luck would have it, yesterday I recorded some audio for a wedding that ended up having some wind problems in the mics. I thought to myself, "Ah! This is exactly why I bought RX!" Only to then discover the "dewind" module is only available in RX Advanced. Daaaaaaang.
For those of you with RX Advanced, how good is the dewind module? I watched one YouTube video example that was pretty impressive, but it was made by iZotope, so I imagine they put it in its best light.
Do the 10-day trial versions work without limitation for the 10 days?
Dang, RX Advanced is expensive.

I've been on Advanced since RX3, it's worth it to me as I use it every day in mastering. I used De-Wind on field recordings last year (from an actual windy field!), and windy interviews, and it worked a treat.
No idea about the trial versions, maybe check the iZotope site?
