I liked those when I demo’d them.

I bought the SSL plugins a few weeks ago, when they were on sale already. Definitely worth it and a no-brainer for that price. I only wish they would do one of the old Neve 8048s or similar. I like their multi-channel emulation. I bought the UAD Neve 88 console years ago, but I could never get a feel for it...

For some reason I'm really interested in trying the Console N.
brainworx plugins are the real deal I have quite a few by now.

No doubt, I've used bx plugins for years.

I bought the N Neve console about a month ago and it’ seems to be warmer and rounder if that makes sense where the ssl G seems gritty or more rock and roll vibe . But on both the Ssl emulators can switch the choice of EQ’s brown , black , red versions. There is a short Pro Tools expert Video comparing the Ssl E and G consoles sound.

I have all three. I end up using the SSL E Channel on all the drum tracks. I think it's very good and it was easy for me to get good sounds quickly. The G Channel has a different curve to how it applies the EQ. Seems a bit more drastic to my ears. I wanted to use the N Channel more but for some reason I don't grab it very often. All three are very good and definitely worth having at this price.
