You can send 20 emails and the same will happen, she is completely overloaded with work and training new people for customer service, when she sees your email she will reply. I can do the refund or invoice if you want Ward Thanks Odd how this is the best way to get a response. Please either send me a shipping confirmation or a refund on the balance, which you know about. Already paid in full. And like ericn said, I have been one of your biggest supporters. Please correct me if wrong, but were you notified your ADG(s) were ready and Stam sent you a invoice or did you pay balance in advance or transfer other deposists to ADG(s) hoping to exepedite the shipping of yours? I seem to remember reading this here months ago.

I put a lot of faith in Joshua stam I was in early on the ordering, so in the first batch. Lots of emails, commitments. I would like to see that honored and get my units. stam could use some good publicity, and Lord knows I've given the brand plenty in the past!! I have ZERO complaints about the gear. Quality and sounds fantastic.

It's pretty impossible to avoid Stam talk online even though I don't have any interest in their products...but I saw on Facebook that on the 9th they delivered the first ADG...and now they have 500 more to make...

I saw this post where Josh says it takes him a full day to make a single unit, which I completely understand. www.gearslutz.com/board/showpost.php?p=13775032&postcount=276Even getting a single unit done in a single day is impressive. However, and I've said it before, I just don't think he's making 20 units a day, as claimed. The math doesn't align with the shipping. And I say that as a full on Stam supporter who has more stuff on preorder than I know I should. I haven't received an ADG invoice yet. I am in the first 150. I don't say that with impatience, it's no sweat. I am excited for this piece, and for the rest of my preorders.

Isn't that the likely answer?

I know the counter argument will be that he's hired a bunch of people to build. I believe it and think that's great! I totally don't mean to come across as complaining. I'm not. What he's doing is really difficult and TONS of work. So, we're looking at 100 ADG's this week, 100 next week and so on?

Hope remains. I will see what happens tomorrow. Luckily, we're on the same time zone, so no clock calculations to worry about.

All he needs to do is take a pic of 10 people sitting in front of the chassis and stufffing components into the boards and soldering them. That would put a lot of folks at ease.
Quick video of the production team?
How has he not thought of this? I don’t get it.

oh... ok that makes sense. But also not smartest plan. Unless you can buy the whole factory there its only a matter of time before they cancel Stam's account and offer all his products on Ebay.

There’s some kind of value added thing happening in Chile, from what he’s posted. That said, for something like the VCA comp it’s probably just burn in and QA.

If these things can be built in an 8 hour day, he could be hiring people in the states for $200 per unit, increase the sales price by whatever the diff he is getting in China, it would still be a bargain and made in USA by people with good english skills. Just saying..

The ADG's are made in Chile, mics as well Some units are partially made in China and the other half here Some pieces are made entirely here We can not share these schematics with the Chinese, these have a proprietary designs to make them work 2 in 1 or 3 in 1.
