I back up to a 3 tb drive that is about 1/3 full. Curretnly Tm indicates it can't back up as there is insufficient volume on the drive that is being backed up for a snapshot ?
Does this mean that Tm actually tries to copy all the files to the original drive first and then backs up to the TM drive ?
I have read that peeps simply delete their Tm drive. But, if you have anything in those old files that is not currently on your machine wouldn't you lose them forever by deleting the Tm drive ?
