Posted this at the purple site too, but thinking I'll more likely get the answer I'm looking for here.
Ok, so I just tracked my song on guitar with 5-8 takes stacked for quick swipe comping.
I want to duplicate this so I can swipe comp in a different manner and make a second guitar without having to track again.
When I option drag the original, the new one is locked to the original and I cannot edit seperately. Not sure how to make this work for me.
