Funny you should say that Chris. Numbers are interesting and occasionally mystical. I thought it was superstition, but I was wrong. After skimming through a friend's book on numerology, for a lark I examined all the important numbers in my life, my SS number, my birthday, my first address, my current address, my phone number, my drivers license, even my license plate number, old addresses, girlfriend's birthdays, every significant number I could think of, and they all added up to one particular number.
The odds of that are so astronomical, I began to wonder if there was in fact other forces at work here I was unaware of. As I looked at a few other books, they basically said this number represented my karma, either my facing it head-on, or avoiding it, because it could mean trouble.
So, I became superstitious and began using multiples of three, 3,6, 9, to avoid the "karma" number" in all my programming. It seemed to work well, but then over time I felt silly, and began using any number I felt like. Pretty strange, eh?
I don't know exactly where I stand now, but believe me, anyone would have been freaked out if the had checked their numerology and gotten results like mine. It was like a Twilight Zone episode. I guess I figured karma's coming anyway, so I might as well get on with it.
So does that make me mystically mathmatical?
