I'll give you one I have here. It's lightweight....I don't know what makes a stand "reliable"....I mean, I think you have a physics issue between lightweight and sturdy. This is NOT a terribly sturdy stand. But, I think you run into a physics issue if you want it light AND sturdy. You either have the one that you can set "The beatles complete" on, open it and have it stay up....or you have the wire thin collapsable ones like mine that are intended to hold a concert of sheet music in front of you while playing.
Anyway--you're in west nash, right? I have some memory that we're neighbors....welcome to it. It mostly sits in a closet. Checks one of your boxes at least....

In my experience those lightweight folding music stands aren't worth the beer cans they're made from. They fall over, bend easily, and won't support the music (or in my case set lists) reliably.
Banjo Mart carries some medium weight stands with a 3 footed cast bottom that seem decent and sell in the $30-$40 range, or did last time I looked.

Actually Jamie's is perfect. It's a classic premium folding Hamilton with adjustable angle that I remember from grade school. We already have a heavier-duty one for where Ellen performs on-line in the living room but needed something she could carry to other rooms for practicing.

Glad to pass it along. I feel certain it was passed along to me when I need one. Brotherhood of the Traveling Stands!
