If your volunteers flake out....drop me a PM. I've been know to play AT a Hammond with all fists. While you're waiting, open up LPX and try that one.... The speed control being linked to the sustain pedal is bad form--no organist plays the expression with his left foot--that's not how it works....I imagine that was added by Apple.

Mine is actually an A102 with Leslie 147. The A100 series is the same guts as a B3 with a different cabinet and built in tone cabinet.

I've got my grandfathers A100 that he purchased in the 60's.
Great shape, still need to get a Leslie when the funds allow!

Not so much the sound as it is the fact that I have no idea what I'm doing. I play rudimentary piano...enough to fake stuff...I've done B3 parts in songs, but this one is more out in the open. Sorry I haven't been in touch, bradd - I'll reach out in a bit.

that does sound great. I wonder how it sounds paired with a solid b3 type controller.

Yeah....those are "jazz chords"....ha.
I want to demo that AcousticSamples. That really seems to sound stellar. I DO try to maintain "best of virtual" around for things, too....their Wurli sounds boss, too....it looks like they use iLok--does that mean they give two week demos? At the end of the day, keyboard instruments are less about how they sound as how they play.
Wrong direction (IME) to simulate the Leslie with a real organ. The organ sim is the EASY part....I've got Amel's** hardware unit from 1994 that was pretty mature. I'm a player and I can't tell you even LIVE when someone uses a digital hammond....I can tell you in less than a song cycle if it's a fake Leslie.

No demos....means I prolly won't bother. It's too easy to make VIs sound good in clips but play weirdly....the Wurli is more exciting to me than the Hammond for you know, obviously reasons....
