I tried contacting them last week because the new 880 Rack lunch box I purchased is already experiencing a fault with the -16V LED. No response yet. Luckily Front End Audio where I made the purchase responded to me immediately and is working on getting it taken care of.

They're hard to get ahold of, for sure. I was going back-and-forth with them trying to get some 7602MkII preamps repaired. Their repair guy was over in China overseeing production and couldn't repair my units until he got back. Then a couple of the guys were in China overseeing production. Eventually they got back to me. I'm betting that's the case right now, too. They wanted to have the entire new product line available by now. It seems it's still "on its way" for many of the pieces at the few retailers I looked at. Everyone's probably in China making sure everything is going smoothly. When I was first getting my preamps repaired, they told me their guy was there for something like two months, was coming back for a couple weeks, then had to go back. They also teased a completely new product a while back (if I remember correctly - I'm actually a huge fan of their gear so I think I asked something about it) but that seems to have disappeared altogether. If you look on the documentation/manual you got with your gear, they might have a phone number on there. I know they did on mine and I eventually got ahold of them the second time at that phone number. How did you guys try to get ahold of them? In August, they responded to a thing I sent them on Facebook. There's a twitter for their sales director ( twitter.com/chamlabseric ) and the company itself. The website has different forms for customer service and product support - maybe you could try both? Also, they've got their support at chameleonlabs dot com email. You could try that. It shouldn't be that hard to get ahold of them but, it seems, sometimes it just is. PM me if you want some more details! Good luck!

I got a personal call direct from Eric the Sales Director at Chameleon Labs yesterday. Had a great conversation and they are taking care of me. This was my first dealing with them, but so far they've been great as well as Front End Audio.

What do we think about the quality of their products? I'm curious about a few of their pieces.

I had the 7802 and the ssl comp a few years back. They sounded good and were built solid. I ended up selling the 7802 when the warm la2a was announced and sold the ssl because I was tracking more than mixing at the time.
