Looks very tempting. Chandler is also coming out with a Redd.47 pre in 2015. At a much higher price point, no doubt. The problem with the Dizengoff Redd for us non-US residents will be shipping, taxes and warranty. Especially the latter.

And that 600 will easily be 800 when it gets over here.

svart? tonycamphd? See any redd flags (pun intended)? Looks pretty radd for 6 bones. No redd flags. The Redd47 is a pretty simple design, there aren't a lot of parts involved. However, I'd say get one while you can because I see a lawsuit coming. I think Chandler bought the rights to the original design or something. There was a time when other DIY groups were working on a R47 clone and whomever owned the rights at the time sent them a "cease and desist" letter and threatened legal action.

Apparently, they're already sold out. It seems like this guy Matt, running Dizengoff Audio, was the original owner of Black Lion Audio and how he's got this new thing going.

Next run will be available mid-December, when I get my next run of signal transformers. I haven't approached many dealers yet, but will likely do so in the coming weeks. Warren from Zen Pro is evaluating a unit, it should be in his hands later today. CC&E is also my creation...we're working feverishly to get our product line going now that my non-compete is over. I was contractually limited to just a few kinds of things under my non-compete; the LA610 mod was one of them, and something that I thought would be a fun project. That lovely OP6 clone you see is waiting on its custom knob to be molded by Daka-Ware. I've also got a 6SN7 based vacuum-tube AD converter in the works--it's mostly finished, we're working on some of the temperature compensation code for the PLL. The automated DAW stuff is also a huge undertaking. A lot of the CC&E development has had to take a back seat to a project we did for Harmon/Martin Lighting: www.martin.com/en-US/Product-Details/M-Touch (I'm part of a company in Austin called Livid Instruments that handled the design). Now that it's done and officially released we're devoting more energy to CC&E. Any other questions about specs etc? Matt www.dizengoffaudio.com
