At my little shared space we have a perfectly fine one, very similar and also from Amazon, that allows me to sit in the sweet spot when mixing. I don't think it's better than this, and our setup is wired so it only travels a few feet. But, it's been a pretty decent solution.

another good option is a six or eight space rack and put some wheels underneath it. I made a heavy duty dolly for a six space Odyssey rack it works great as a small table and is very stable. It sits a bit lower than your example but the top of the rack has plenty of room for a laptop and a few other things or a small mixer whatever you are working with
