Thoughts... "I am interested," and there will be some point where this is $29 to buy.
Other thoughts, "I have half a dozen similar SSL channels and I don't really need another one," but I am curious to see where they went with it.
I was not convinced by the V1 of this plugin and never bought it, but I'd like to see where this stacks up in 2021.

I have the original V1 version of this but haven't used it since PA came out with their versions, which sounded much better to me. The Waves V1 SSL4K always sounded a little plastic to me. A bit too hard sounding. Do I need another 4K emulation. No, but I'll probably pick it up anyway. It's an addiction.

To my ear, there was unpleased distortion in the top end in both mixes. That's maybe the stupid double file compression by YT, which IMO cuts out information... I have the BX 4K which works fine for me when I want to go in that direction.
