I have a free offer of one Izotope plug-in. I can choose one of these, either Ozone 9 Elements, Neutron 3 or Nectar Elements. I'm wondering if anyone here uses them.
I already have Ozone 8 and an old Nectar Plug-in. I don't recall using those ones I do have, but since it's free, I'll grab one of the plug-ins they offered anyway.
If anything, I wouldn't mind help with my vocal chain, de-essing, compression, etc. I don't love the many compressors I have or the De-Essers, but I do have a few available.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

The de-esser in Nectar 3 is actually pretty impressive, and so is the distortion module. The Vocal Assistant thing is neat, too — the vintage setting hasn't worked for me so far, but I kind of hate how good the modern one is. There are times where I'll spend 30 minutes carefully dialing in a vocal chain and then Nectar beats it in a single go. Doesn't always happen, but infuriating when it does. In use, I've found it best to disable the auto level matching and the limiter. Those can make things sound kinda wacky.

Get the elements. The de noise, de click etc is really good

I don't worry about Ozone too much but the other two interest me. I was using Nectar Elements for a long time to spice up vocals. Neutron I'm just sort of starting to play with again, it seems less important given how many channel strips I already have. Nectar is the one that sort of stands out to me the most. And of course RX as mentioned by wiz. The de noise stuff is pretty essential in a toolkit that doesn't have it.

Thanks guys. I sure wouldn't mind a better de-esser, so that's one vote for Nectar 3, thanks for that tkaitkai.
Thanks Wiz, the de-poise and de-click could be helpful, Logic puts some glitches and pops in sometimes when I use flex pitch, even if it's only a little. I'll have to look at youtube to see if there are any demos of what that can do.

Just a small hint, it doesn't really matter which one you choose, they will be free again probably. Over the last few months i got all the elements versions for free in various promotions. So if i were you, just pick one, and wait patiently for the others

Cool, thanks wlinart!
Which of the Elements do you actually use?

At this point, none of them. I aquired them over the last few months, but haven't really mixed anything lately. Been very busy, and i am still recovering from the virus. I can't really help you with that question. But if i would have to choose, i'd probably choose ozone, because that one seems the most extensive, and the least "automatic, without any control needed", if you get what i mean.

Wow, that's a good one. I did a double take and then I realized I have all of those already. But for anyone who doesn't, great deal, would have saved me some money.

Yeah that's the one, R4 is still on sale for $29 with the coupon, that's a lot of kit for small cash.
