and gut it and put in a couple Behringer 76's or 2a's or maybe something else in it's guts. Might be a fun project. It's available locally and kinda looks cool. Gonna think about it. Anyone ever done something similar? Doug? Attachments:

I think Chris at Preservation Sound has done a number of thuings like that, more than I. Bryce had something recently he showed. I've done a few, and have a number of similar things I've thought about using, but it usually adds up to more work than starting fresh, at least for me. A big thing with what you propose is pulling the circuit board pots and replacing them with wired pots to new panel positions, that gets time consuming.

Yeah, if I got it and put it in the closet for a time when I was bored and wanted a fun project.....eh.....it would sit there forever. Not enough time, too many things to do.
