Can we just please appreciate how wonderfully raw and huge this album sounds? I don’t know if I’ve ever quite heard something like it. Seems like a lot of it was recorded in her house and mixing was done by Tchad Blake, Dave Way, and mastered by Bob Ludwig.
I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t heard it take a listen! I find it very inspiring.

Listened all day yesterday! Love her. It’s fantastic music. The dog barking in several songs is so funny!

I'm always when a Creative who has been getting killed at the roulette table cleans The House out.

Listened all day yesterday! Love her. It’s fantastic music. The dog barking in several songs is so funny! Underlines to me how our tastes all differ. I initially liked the subtle use of the dogs and then for mine it distracted the more obviously it was used. No doubting there's a lot of creativity going on though so more power to her. Reminds me of a story i read somewhere where the great guitar player Adrian Bellew went to Frank Zappa's house to listen to some of Frank's new ideas when Frank was looking for a new guitar player. Frank's dogs barked mid - song , Adrian commented how it fitted the music, Frank was impressed and gave him the gig. Of course it no doubt helped that he was a unique player also. Cheers, Ross

Wife and I loving it here.
We both saw her at the same show about 3 years before we met. Pretty funny when we figured that one out

I've listened to it about 10 times these last two days along side Logan Ledger's hotdamn crazy great album, but that deserves it's own thread...but I digress.
