No problem, Geoff. I do have the Audio-Scape 3A as well. For the record, I've got their 76, 4000, and V-Comp as well. Incredible sound and amazing value. Plus, excellent service. Had an issue with the meter on my 3A last month and they shipped me an updated part pronto. HIGHLY recommend Audio-Scape. Are you sure you don’t have the LA2A? Ha ha! Damn. Long day. Yes, the LA2A. Hell of a mistake there.

LA-3A is THE acoustic guitar comp. It is also THE de facto electric guitar amp/57/R121/312 combo finisher.

Looks like the 3a seems to be the clear choice here. I know you couldn’t really go wrong with either but I appreciate your input.
Cheers, Geoff

We concur here.... LA3A is more utilitarian.. just works beautifully on so many varied sources (as older Optical topologies typically do... Beauty in Simplicity).
33609 is unbeatable when you're looking for a very particular "thing", sound or vibe. Neither are better or worse than the other, obviously - simply different strokes and different beasts! ;-)

Cheers, Geoff We'll be showing the prototype at NAMM - won't be running audio through it but you'll be able to see the chassis, guts, feel the quality pots and knobs and basically just.... look at the PRON. Mwhahaha. Super close to it being done but it still needs a bit of tweaking and fine tuning for ultimate sonic satisfaction and truth. ;-)
