Did you all ever nail down a date? The wife wanted to plan a trip to Nashville as a 40th birthday gift for me back in December. She'd originally wanted to go during her spring break (she's a teacher), but it's been so cold and we've been so busy. I was just thinking that her last day is May 31st. Depending on the alignment of the cosmos, we might reschedule for early June and catch a drink with some of you guys. Not specifically, you guys better plan it without me, I will be in the USA from 29 May to around 12 June, but unless I sell some gear, I am not sure I will be able to afford the flights from Vegas to Nashville.... cheers Wiz Win big at the tables in Vegas, everybody’s favorite financing plan.😁

Maybe we can plan around NAMM...No offense, Wiz, I'd love to see you again! It just might be a time when more people are in town. Honestly, I've got so much on my plate, I can't be in charge of putting anything together, but maybe we could have a designated time to meet somewhere fun. The last time was a blast with donr playing!

Wiz, I hope you "win big", while visiting Vegas! Both gearwise, and if you "play the House". Chris

I have never attended NAMM and always forget to plan ahead to make it down there. It's only about 4.5-5 hour drive for me.

Wondering if anything further has transpired on this. Per another thread I started I'm planning to get to Nashville either the week of Summer NAMM or the week after to try to demo some mics while on "vacation". Based upon feedback I was going to avoid NAMM week, but curious if some of you are still planning/trying to meet up. I do recognize and respect that you all share existing relationships, commonalities, and experience that I do not. That being said, I would not presume to butt in on such a gathering just because I've read or posted here for a short period of time.

If you buy, the first round bet they could accommodate you, stranger!

I'm still hoping for a get together. I've been in Nashville since October, but haven't yet had an opportunity to meet any of the RGO crowd.

We haven't officially announced the details yet but Coil Audio, Roswell, Pulse (Pultec), Placid, Stager, PatchRat and myself will be cohosting our summer NAMM bash at The Tracking Room on Saturday July 20th 4pm to 10pm. Always a good time to for an RGO hang!

I’m loving it here. I’m an attorney and was able to get a great job in my area of practice. The music scene here is unbelievable. Just tonight, I had a friend in town and we went out to several places and he commented that the live music scene is really unparalleled. I scored my first gig playing keys with a band in July.
John, I’d love to grab a drink sometime. I’ll shoot you a PM.
