Day 1: Buy any 3 plug-ins ($399) + Get 1 Free! Buy any 6 plug-ins ($699) + Get 2 Free! Buy any 10 plug-ins ($999) + Get 3 Free! Interesting wrinkle Drew just confirmed at ua forum you can pick any plugs in for this discount, including 3rd part and you have up to 45 day to pick after purchase. If you purchase say on Dec 11th, namm 2019 starts 45 day (Jan 24th) later: could be interesting just checking if you have to purchase by Nov 30th

On a related note, I just got all of the following for free:
1. SSL Channel Strip 2. Helios MKII 3. Distessor 4. TBD, as I already owned the Lex 224. I may pick up the Fairchild. 5. Brigade Chorus 6. $125 ($100 New Apollo Reg. plus $25 IVOTED) worth of coupons
That's a bunch of new plugins and I haven't spent a dime. I'm just waiting to see what the BF sales bring before I ultimately make a decision on what two additional plugins to buy.
Either way, people can't say UA doesn't offer deals on their plugins. You just have to be patient and wait for sales or, even better, offers like the ones I just received.

If you type in the promo code LURKER I think you get something like $10 off.
Their Day 2 offer is 50% off all SSL plugins.

Reverb is coming up too, wonder if the new 480 might be included ? It is NOT included, sadly. I guess the only way you're getting it cheaper this year is to buy a custom bundle. Looking forward: Day 6 - 50% API Day 7 - 50% Analog Classics (I assume whatever they sell in the Analog Classics bundle.) Day 8 - 50% Fender Tweed 55 Deluxe (Kind of lame that it's only the one amp out of their lineup.) Day 9 - 35% Not Your Father's Plugins (Showing a Century Channel Strip, so maybe the newer Arrow-friendly stuff???) Day 10 - 50% With a Little Help From Our Friends (Either all gear with a Beatles rep OR all non-UAD built plugs???) Day 11 - 40% Neve (Not sure if 1073 gets the 50% for Analog Classics)

Either way, people can't say UA doesn't offer deals on their plugins. You just have to be patient and wait for sales or, even better, offers like the ones I just received. Yep. With UAD, patience can pay off big time. For the more expensive plugins, it's almost always cheaper to put them in a custom bundle. For the cheaper stuff, be patient and wait for opportunities to combine sale prices and coupons. These are some deals I got over the last year (reg price/what I paid): Sound Machine Wood Works $299/$80 Friedman Buxom Betty $149/$53 Korg SDD-3000 $199/$80 Softube Amp Room Bundle $199/$44 Brainworx b x_saturator V2 $199/$34 ENGL E646 VS $149/$24 ENGL E765 Retro Tube $149/$24 SPL Vitalizer $249/$54 EMT 250 $249/$49 elysia mpressor $199/$24 SSL 4000 G Bus Compressor $299/ $75 Fender '55 Tweed Deluxe $199/$29 Sonnox Oxford Inflator $179/$64 Neve 1081 $249/$0 UA 610 Tube Preamp & EQ Collection $299/$24 Neve 1073 Preamp & EQ Collection $299/$49 Precision K-Stereo Ambience Recovery $199/$94 Pultec Passive EQ Collection $299/$99

I'm always inches from pulling the trigger but, also, I know it's pretty old (for software) so I'm not sure how it keeps up with the newer stuff. How's the Engl stuff? That's all! Sorry to toss some unsolicited questions at you!

Are these deals ending on Nov. 30? Or is there an announced cut-off date? I'm thinking of getting back into UAD-2 plugins, but it will take about a week to get a UAD-2 Satellite USB Octo at a good price.

I just checked on uadforum.com and apparently the sale ends midnight of Nov. 30, so I guess I'm out of luck. I was hoping to get the 10+3 deal. The Canadian distributor (HHB) has it in stock, but apparently takes about a week to ship it to a store. Nuts!

If you cut a deal with Matt he could register the card buy the plugs you want then sell the card to you and transfer it with plugs. I think he could put the new plugs in a separate system with the card and ua would do this?

Sorry to toss some unsolicited questions at you! I wish I had a good answer for you, but to be honest, I've hardly touched the amp sims. I grabbed the plugins because I could get them cheap and I like having tools in the box should a need arise. For my personal needs, I have a bunch of damn nice electrics and a bunch of amps that give me the kinds of sounds I like. I know I've read comments from folks here who like the sims, so you're probably not making a mistake in buying any of them. But if the need isn't pressing, I'd wait for the New Year's sale. Last year they had a bunch of them discounted to $50. I'd buy one with the $25 coupon in my cart, then a few minutes later another $25 coupon would show up and I'd buy another. Just kept getting one at a time and UAD kept giving me a new coupon after every purchase.

Other than the +1 bundles, the sales aren't particularly good right now. Everything is $99, $150 and up that's not really the best UA prices.

The SSL Channel Strip, Distressor, Helios MKII, and 224 (already owned, so I picked the Fairchild MKII instead) were a recent promotion for new x16 owners, of which I am one. The Brigade was basically being given away for free to many/most people recently. The $100 coupon for registering my x16 plus the IVOTED coupon plus the current sales equals being able to basically get a $300 plugin for free. I still might have to possibly spend $25 or so to get it, but I'm still waiting to pick another plugin based on what else the 12 days sales announce. Either way, I'll either spend nothing or maybe only $25. So basically nothing. That's how I did it.
