Hey All,
A couple weeks ago I emailed a gear manufacturer (through their contact form) a question about one of their items (that I want to grab on the used market). The question isn't answered anywhere on their webpage, but they should be able to provide the info that I'm looking for; it's not some obscure, irrelevant question. I haven't heard back yet, so I sent another email this morning, using the email address listed on their contact page of the site.
How long would you guys wait before bailing on the piece of gear and buying a different manufacturers version? This is 2013, if they can't handle some email communication, how good can the product be, right?
What do you guys think?
