Allbuttonmode, what kind of console is that? Congrats on the ATC100s! Thanks! The console is a Seem Audio Seesam II - 24 ch. built for the Norwegian Broadcasting Dept (NRK). Seem Audio (Norwegian manufacturer) built all their consoles to back in the day. Insanely well spec'ed stuff, filled with top notch components. Mine's from 1991, and the price at the time was north of USD 32.000 plus tax. Which blows my mind.
This console lived in one of their broadcasting vans, and has been kept incredibly well. 24 channels, 2 stereo(or 4 mono) busses. Great eq and preamps. It is a bit limited when it comes to routing, as it is built for broadcasting. But it fits perfectly in my hybrid setup.

I was really in the market for the 2AS but this 2S popped up on Reverb and the guy accepted my offer. My Sebatron Axis is likely powerful enough for this mic but I'll probably pick up a Cloudlifter CL-2 so my other preamps can get in on the action. I'm pretty sure I got it cheap enough that I won't lose any money if I decide not to keep it. Up till now, my only other ribbon has been my Blue Woodpecker. I've liked that mic on acoustic guitar so I'm excited about having a stereo ribbon option.

I snagged a Roland SDX-330 off eBay. Been interested in them for a long time to see how well they do the Dimension D thing. 5 Let us know how it does the DimensionD thing Sean!! Seller cancelled the order and gave me a refund...guess it didn’t work. Which sucks, I’ve wanted one for a long time. But, I picked up an AKG 460/CK61 microphone and an AT4033, and I’m going to snag a rack full for FMR Audio stuff that’ll I’ll like sell to hopefully fund another Daking 91579 or maybe a DBX 165A or a Hairball FET Rack Rev A

I just pulled the trigger on Dave Derr's Arousor plugin! Haha pretty excited. Just waiting for my iLok to come on Monday to try it/use it.
What I'm actually really relieved about is I cleared out a bunch of stuff I wasn't using. Sometimes selling feels even better than buying.

Went to the Monoprice parking lot sale looking for guitars and amps. No luck they sold them all at the last 4 sales. Bought a pair of M1060 Planar headphones for $80 list $299 and a 25 watt stereo tube receiver amp with blue tooth for $50. I was talking to a guy in line who owns a home studio, stevens tape machine, old mics, etc., asking me if I could fix a Neumann M49 he had laying around forever. I 'll be going over there soon. I think he might sell it cheap.

Took a 10 hour road trip across two states to score $10K worth of acoustic treatment for pennies on the dollar (something like 80% off). GIK 242, 244, Monster Bass Traps, Tri-Traps, some with scatter plates, some with Range Limiting membranes, RFZ Panels, bamboo Space Couplers and Prism Panels, Q7d diffusors, etc. So much stuff. This might be the best pro audio deal I've ever scored, and I can't even plug a mic into it. But it may very well end up being one of my most important purchases. Still can't believe I picked up all this for the price of a compressor. Where did you see this listed indiehouse? I have a ton of GIK stuff and self made OC703 panels that I'm going to sell. So, if you don't mind I'd like to find out the best place to sell.

Pair of silver 70's KM84s with Tuchel connectors, non consecutive serial numbers, from a broadcasting studio in Belgium. They had nine for sale yesterday but they are going fast, only three left after mine I think. Bought this morning and already shipped. Can't wait to hear what all the fuss is about. Shall pit them against my 3U Warbler 127 with Cardioid Flat capsule. Have already sent emails to Neumann and Andreas Grosser to see how much a full clean and service might cost, will also ask Andreas if he can "match" them closer. New capsules are around $600 from Neumann, right? Of course if they look and sound great when they arrive I probably shan't bother. Got them for a great price, as long as they are goodies... If I don't like them, I know I'll be able to flip for a bit more fairly easily.

I picked up a pair of NS-10M Studio speakers a couple days ago and fired them up with a Bryston 4B-SST and mixed a couple of songs and really liked how they translated. I haven’t mixed on them in awhile. They certainly aren’t “fun” to listen to, but because of that I don’t find myself wanting to crank the volume and really feel the music but instead mix at reasonable volumes. I think I’ll keep them at home for mixing and retire my Presonus Sceptor S6, which I’ve liked for a long time but never really got the bass right with

Picked up an Audio-Scape Opto a month or so ago and couldn't be happier with it. I like the high Frequency knob on front. For me, it's a keeper.

There’s a real Dimension D on Craig’s, but the SDX-330 is a digital box Roland made with a bunch of emulations of different chorus and effects. A real one would be great, but a bit too pricy for me (same with One 18’s...the NS10’s were $100 😉) Seller cancelled the order and gave me a refund...guess it didn’t work. I didn’t read far enough back to see you weren’t looking to a dimension d.

If there was a working on for sale that was $500, probably, but not a $1000

My Sebatron Axis is likely powerful enough for this mic but I'll probably pick up a Cloudlifter CL-2 so my other preamps can get in on the action. Don't waste your money on a cloud-of-marketing-wallet-lifter. No one needs one of those, ok maybe 5% of people need one, but probably not you. You need more gain, use compressor make-up gain / etc AFTER your preamp. Those things make more noise than the front end of your preamp, apples-to-apples. Jim Williams don't lie about that, nor does his test gear.
