My studio kit needed an update. I just bought a used Zildjian K Custom Dark 16" crash. That will go perfect with the 20" K ride and 17" custom dark I bought a couple weeks ago. Next up, a set of 14" K hihats. Then the overhaul of the studio kit is done and I can move on to replacing my 421's with some ATM230 mics on the toms. A studio is a money pit....

Man you're tellin' me! I decided to focus on buying cool guitars... feels like more of a thrill than a preamp or compressor or software to me. The drums though, yeah you gotta get it right. I like your selections by the way.

Might have just accidentally bought a 1966 Gretsch 6122 with the velvet brick type front pickup.
I'm going to call her 'Gorgeous George'.

Ward, what are 3 or 4 of your favorite electric guitars that you have? Holy smokes that's a tough call . . . Today I'm going to say the 1. 2000ish Crook Custom silver paisley with the G bender, 1965 Tele neck and 3 pups 2. 1982 Les Paul Standard tobacco sunburst 3. 1959 Gretsch 6120 But that leaves 74 out in the cold... and I love them all like my children, and there's 5 of them. Not picking favorites, but pretty sure my youngest is getting ALL my guitars.

just got a morgan ac20 amp in here.nice How's that 67? running it up against old 67's and 269's past couple weeks.its holding its own. we were able to use it in pairs with old ones no problem.on a lot of sources I actually preferred the new one.acoustic guitars, drum overheads.sounded more natural/open. ordered another one although Neumann is waay back ordered and wont have another batch until oct/sept

If they think that they're doing well with the 67 reissues, they would absolutely slay with the 84. Eric, get him over here, tie him to a chair and we all take turns tickling him with a pink feather duster until he caves.
