Just added the Avid Dock to my recently purchased Avid S3. Love the workflow and the functionality. Unfortunately now I need to find a different desk since my Sterling Modular Plan E is a little cramped. Anyone need a good deal on a gently used Sterling Modular Plan E desk?

Sterling Modular has been great and responsive, but they want over $2600 just for a new center section to put between the two outer pods the Plan E. I've built the plan E a couple of times due to moves and it is not that complicated. I think if I find someone that is fairly good at wood working they can build me a new center section to my specs. I seems pretty basic so I might even be able to handle it. If I spec out the measurements correctly I can probably have Home Depot cut the pieces I need. Then I just need to come up with a cool padded wrist rest for the front of the desk.

Grabbed a pullet for 1100 And a 30's single tension leedy bass drum 14x26 Excited about the drum. I'm on a drum mission. Also grabbed some drum clips. Their promo video is priceless.

Mike While we have talked about a simple Home Depot cut rack project, no offense but with your limited woodworking experience and the fact HD will not do angle cuts or guarantee matching lengths, a desk would be a job for a pro. Plus a pro will be able to offer options you might not even think of !

Plus a pro will be able to offer options you might not even think of ! No offense taken. I have no delusions with regards to my lack of woodworking skills. Too bad my dad is not still alive. He could have whipped out a work of art in short order. After disassembling the Plan E yesterday into the three pods, I'm not sure why I would not be able to find a cabinet maker/carpenter that could not easily build me a new center pod. There is basically three rectangular pieces of wood that would need to be cut and connected between the two outer pods that have the racks built into them. That will be one of the first things I looks for when we get moved to Durango next week.

Mint matched pair of Schoeps Cmc6 with Mk4 capsules, documentation, original invoice, legit owner less than a year old for near half price!
So excited!

I bought a Yamaha SPX-990, mostly for the Symphonic effect but also a few other fun patches I like. Worth the $80 I spent on it. I also ordered a Xotic AC Booster...my favorite drive pedals are usually Barber but I keep swapping them for something else in the hopes of finding better but it hasn't happened...it's probably been 10 years since I bought my first Direct Drive and I keep coming back to it but I'm going to give the Xotic a shot.

Pullet and the 54f50 came today. I was tracking and immediately threw the aml on bass. Perfect. Then vocals. Better than I had even imagined it would be. Must have 2. I'm dumb for waiting this long. I better throw a diaper on before I try it on some drums. .
Don't go without hearing one of these. For the price too, it's totally a keeper. Probably worth twice what he charges.
I got an Xbox for Christmas, but the aml is giving me the joy.

Just bought a Telefunken M280n (km84) Neat. I just got a very good deal on two mid-1970s KM84i mics as well. Currently researching who to use to service them.
