Haven't been buying a lot lately. It's a great feeling actually.
I did just bite on an old API 550a with Huntington opamps. Excited about this one.
I also just got my echolette d12 back from shannon.
I picked up a tapestry audio bloomery active volume pedal too.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good one but the prices seem to have gotten a little out of hand. If i could get one that the missing low end problem and have Shannon work on it seems like i could get a pretty decent deal...

The capsule was In good condition but the wiring was screwed up by someone somewhere and it came to me not passing signal. Mic rehab was surprised they got it to work as the vast majority are unable to be repaired.

I sold my redd47 to help fund the mic but then got cold feet and had to flip a few other things to get a redd47 back.
file under "gear you recently let go of then instantly felt remorse and reacquired as soon as possible"
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

DDrum snare trigger. Now I input the trigger on a line-in channel and use it to key the gate. Works SOOOO much better than just setting the gate.

I bought a Sennheier E604 triple pack. Everybody who said get those mics off those clips and on stands is right. On clips, the sound is ringy as hell.

I got the new UAD Marshall Plexi Classic for free they are giving it away to Apollo owners for nothing.
Honestly not that stoked about it. I'd rather use the Cubase free amp sims, or my Two Notes Torpedo Captor with a real tube amp head -> line input. And the Helix and Wall of Sound plugins after that.
ALSO my buddy down the road is offering me a free Oscilliscope, which is pretty exciting, since I'm a hack/wannabe EE.

new. So it probably sucks butt. 😂 Probably it will be a great talkback mic, or maybe record some demos on a Porta Studio.

I liked the pcm80, but somebody stole all my NFR versions of the cards! So I sold the 80 thinking one day I'll buy a 81 & a PCM 60 for the tiled room!
