Can you use the same license key or do you have to pay again? Generally they made it so that after a few major revisions, you had to purchase the key again. Usually when you bought your key, it would tell you it would be good "until revision x.xxx" or something. |

I just downloaded it and my name shows up (licensed to) at the top so I guess I'm good to go. |

Not into the GUI, but some of the new features more than make up for it. But control grouping, automation take lanes, reinsert works better and video editing is now a real thing. Cool as f*ck to me!

Is it compatible with standard HUIs? Like Digidesign/Avid ones like the C24? SSL AWS?

But the thing wouldn't talk to its own mother, let alone Pro Tools and definitely not Reaper. Talks to the standard midrange ones - the Mackie, BCF etc. etc. |

Did they ever add the ability to use Mackie Extenders? Used to be Reaper support the main unit, but not the extenders.....

Yeah, I like the Logic one, but I think I'll like the "Retro Mixer" the best if I can get rid of the white background in the media/track area. The transport bar is cool. Check it. |
