We will do. First thing is: always make sure to touch the soldering iron on the correct side.
However, you learn this one very fast

He is extremely detailed. Also AC Sound has some great stuff like the CLX 160 comps. He's a great guy as well!

Boards only come in one solder mask color, purple.

Whistle Rock Audio.
Mike Fatom is a stand up guy and designs very affordable API related PCB's and stuff.

Frank's Nrg (in Germany so USA dudes beware there's a vat charge) but his front panels are awesome and he's very very very helpful. Great for PCB grinder related projects.
On that note I can't express how helpful Gustav is cause he's Really Fucking helpful.

Just a few I have personally dealt with that along with many mentioned have been really helpful.

Oh yeah and Dan from collective cases will let you keep bugging him regarding gear choices. Just kidding. Another stand up guy who deserves way more than he will ever ask.

Thanks for the response - you're totally right, he got in touch with me and said he's swamped and never got the notification from his store. He refunded my money but I've already offered to re-order and wait - don't mind at all if I know what's going on but I'm new to DIY and have never ordered from one of these webstores before. his reputation is spotless but I started getting worried as all the googling I did turned-up lots of older (like pre 2012) threads, posts, responses, etc. which seemed odd and I got to thinking since I found his bass facebook page and other things that maybe the store wasn't active. But again, he totally took care of it. Seems like a great guy - hoping he'll take my order (d'oh!)
