It's hard to beat the Daking for the money. At first listen it doesn't knock you out. But in that way it's sort of like an SM7, it just seems to work well in the mix.

One of the vk guys talked me into the neve lb over an ma5 and im glad he did. Great mic amp and I use the line amp alot for printing some mojo when mixing. A little lean down low but vocals and guitar amps seem to fit in a mix without much work.
