Be funny if it turned out it broke just before the video and he didn't have any replacement strings for it. Guy's good. Let me recommend Tommy Emmanuel to anyone who hasn't heard him. I just saw him in Annapolis MD and he just floors me.

tommy emmanuael was the first person I thought of as well.
being an aussie I saw him play many times back in the day. he was the first person I saw who actively incorporated hitting the guitar into his sound.

Here's some more stuff that I dig. I'm sure the majority of you guys won't dig this stuff, but whatever maybe it'll open your eyes to something different.

recently stumbled onto this one from Gary Burton. vibes player extraordinaire. haven not heard someone play like this since milt Jackson. something that stood out to me is the vibraphone has been tracked in stereo.

great stuff fella's! i really dig the girls! "turn it around" live sounds better than the official release? why did they distort it so much? those girls sound great, they should've tried to keep some of their natural beauty in the sound, it also would have allowed the tune to bump a little harder, i think this clipping thing is becoming an ill advised trend..mehhh...
Great stuff though, keep it coming fella's 8)

Cool stuff. You ever play one of those Cat 5 amps? We've had a few cats roll through my club with those. Sound pretty good from where I'm standing, but I haven't played through one.
