in case you don't know, UA has a process for transferring UA authorizations between Ilok accounts.
If you notice in ilok mgr, that you have a "guest" account in the left hand column, along with your computer and ilok keys, this means you actually have more than one ilok account.
Here is how you fix that:

I have had really good UA Cs from Moe, heard back from him in just over a day. We diagnosed my ilok issue, which was just confusing me , but now I get it. When you set up UA connect, you may inadvertently create a new ilok account, using your email address as your "new" ilok user name . That account will become the Guest account Ian you then open ilok manager using your first ilok user name.
I hadn't realized I had more than one ilok account !
Once transfer is started, the request gets queued: I started mine Saturday morning, so may have to wait till Monday, as it may need an actual UA CS person to complete.
