Gimme a break, an indictment would have been an utterly absurd abomination of justice! I'm not a fan of Stewart, that sort of racing or nascar, i'm a motocross head, but a racer is a racer, there is no way Stewart intentionally hit that kid. The stupidity of Ward's actions is unquestionable, and possibly unequalled in the history of motorsports, it was suicide by a youthful sense of indestructibility and rageful ignorance, it should serve as a lesson to up and comers to keep a slight reality tether to the ground. It was lame for them to posthumously release the info of him being high, but quite honestly, you'd have to be really friggin high to try a stunt like that!

It was in the autopsy report, and every friggin media guy Who skimmed the report latched on to it. Besides shouldn't. Pot of mellowed the guy out a bit ? |
