Final update: my mic is back, sounding amazing and all issues are completely remedied at no charge from Heiserman, they even gave me a new metal mic connection piece which was extremely kind of them, since I ruined mine and it would have been an eyesore to look at. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Dave and Donald are great guys! Great to hear! I love a gear problem story that not only ends well, but also ends in a heart warming expression of appreciation for the committed competent manufacturer support provided. |
