567 hz right in the middle of the box 📦 cut it 🔪 If your desk resonates, imagine some beater car or garbage monkey coffins ⚰️

JMO, the low end is a whole other story, but your second biggest peak is at 567hz almost exactly and tbc, that is the exact frequency i got off the video of you flicking your leg, it's almost certainly resonating sympathetically and somewhat audibly, i'd put that dynamat stuff i linked for you earlier on those legs for sure

For $5-10 bucks I would start with expanding foam, here is my reasoning. 1 it’s cheap 2 like the stuff Tony suggested it will damp the vibrations. 3 it will also fill the air space inside the hollow leg that acts like a bell.
Now if you completely want to eliminate the issue due the following. First glue the bottom cap with glue covering the insert in complete 360 degree circle of where the cap inserts, then fill them with virgin sand.
I would at the same time do the Sound anchors, the stands at this point are mass coupled to the speakers so they are being excitedl over the entire range and I know the resonance is above what the sub is doing.

I bought some automotive sticky foamy typey thing and adhered to them...seems to have knocked it out. You hear it when you thump, but it doesn't ring anymore. Also applied it to my door at the back of the room. It's the one thing I hadn't treated and I'm sure I get reflections off of it. That's some weird material, though. Tears easily, but doesn't cut well, sticky, stretchy so it makes straight lines hard...kind of a mess.
